Island Marine, LLC was established in 2010 with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality marine service center to Sitka, Alaska. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to set up shop, and continues to drive us to this day. All our repairs are completed with meticulous detail, resulting in a product that is as good as new. The founder of Island Marine, LLC, Mica Trani, works with leading global brands in the marine industry. Mica has the experience and skill set to service a diverse range of boats from small personal skiffs to large commercial vessels including guide boats, charter boats, commercial fishing vessels, luxury yachts, cruise ship tender and cruise ship. His ability to understand the customers’ needs and translate that into a successful boat is what sets him apart.

Born and raised in Sitka, Alaska, Mica has spent his life on the water and around boats. Mica grew up helping his family out on the boat in both a commercial and recreational aspect. When Mica is not immersed in projects, he can be found out fishing with his family.
